From there, we build the vision.
I’ll bring a copy of The Gardener’s Palette for inspiration, and we’ll translate what you’re drawn to into something that works for your site—your light, your soil, your conditions.

Good gardens aren’t installed all at once - they’re developed with intention.

Next comes design.
I’ll create a layout for your space along with both conceptual and realistic renderings so you can clearly see the direction and long-term potential.

Then we define the budget.
Project costs vary, but as a general guideline:

  • Planting-focused projects: ~1–3% of property value

  • Projects with prep + hardscape: ~3–5%

Payment structure:

  • Planting-only installs: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion

  • Design + build projects: 25% deposit, 50% during construction, 25% upon completion

For smaller spaces or if you just need direction, I also offer design services on an hourly basis.
